Services:

Programming and Space Planning

A detailed program is prepared of the client's functional and organizational requirements.  Optimal locations of functions and adjacencies are determined to satisfy program requirements and to utilize available areas to maximum efficiency.

Design Development

A design concept is developed which conveys the objectives and image of the client.  The design process involves preparation of plans, elevations and sections, three-dimensional images, furniture selections, recommendations of colors, materials and finishes.

Contract Documents

The design leads to the preparation of detailed architectural and furnishings working drawings.  These documents, along with specifications for materials, act as the basis for the solicitation of competitive bids and for the construction and installation of furniture and fittings.

Bid Analysis

Bids are analyzed in terms of completeness, accuracy and compliance with the Contract Documents.

Contract Administration

Contractors' shop drawings are reviewed and all samples and mock-ups inspected for conformance with the Contract Documents.  Periodic field observation is provided at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction.  A Punchlist is prepared of corrective actions required for satisfactory completion of the contract.
